Turbo10 Launches its Meta Search Engine and Pay Per Click Advertising Service - 26 July 2001.

Turbo10 officially launched its new metasearch engine on the Web today offering advertisers a unique online advertising solution.

Turbo10 Metasearch engine enables advertisers to list their web sites in the Turbo10 results pages according to keywords pertaining to their product or services.

Advertisers can list their websites on a pay-per-click basis. This means advertisers only pay for actual click-throughs to their website not impressions.

Nigel Hamilton, Co-Founder and Managing Director said, "Pay-per-click advertising is the most targeted and cost-effective method to match buyers with sellers online. "

To determine the position of an advertiser's listing in the results set, advertisers bid an amount they are willing to pay for a click through for each search term. The higher the bid, the higher the website is listed in the results set.

"We offer a fair and open online marketplace allowing advertisers to decide how much they are willing to spend per click-through. It is the future of online advertising," said Nigel Hamilton.

Turbo10 keeps bid amounts discreet from the end searcher and are not published in the results pages. All Turbo10 advertised websites are listed as a 'Turbo10 Sponsored Link' at the top of the results set.

Turbo10 offers advertisers a secure Turbo10 Advertiser Account enabling advertisers to log in any time to manage bids and increase funds.

Turbo10 minimum bid amounts start at 0.03 pence and accounts begin at 25.
